4. HR4NATION will not be a party to any contract entered between client organization and the candidate / employee
5. HR4NATION is agreeing to recruit candidates to client organization, based upon the information / facts furnished by the latter. As such, HR4NATION will not be held accountable in case of any disputes arising between client and the candidate / employee, once the latter comes on board
6. HR4NATION shall not be called either as a party or a witness in any legal disputes be it civil, criminal, labour or of other nature, arising between employee and client organization. It will be the responsibility of the candidate / employee and client organization to settle the disputes arising between them
